We had a great stay at Varanda Do Alentejo. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and had a wonderful view. The highlight was the excellent shower and jacuzzi tub with a skylight. The on-site restaurant, Varanda Do Alentejo, was outstanding with attentive service and a helpful staff. Free parking and a comfortable bed made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Marvao as it was easy to walk everywhere.

The modern bathroom was large and the small bar fridge was convenient. The included breakfast at the restaurant across the road was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. Marvao, the hilltop village, was one of the best we visited.

Although we booked a studio with a balcony, it turned out that it didn't have one. This was a disappointment, but we believe it was just a language error and not intentional.
